It’s been quite a day. Our Operations Lead, Bill recruited a three man team to install a new roof and in just 1..5 days they completed the job. Our project is all about food security and it’s great that we can do this through a zero waste lens. We aim to reclaim and reuse as many materials as possible in the designing and building of our workzone. Unfortunately we were not able to source any old roofing tin, but the structure itself is re-used and we are repairing it as needed to make it safer and stronger.
