Adding more tools and resources to lend to our members and use for events is always a highlight for MASH. To prepare for the 2023 and 2024 Apple Pressing Season, we purchased an Electric Apple Grinder to complement our manual grinder, a steam juicer based on recommendations for processing smaller quantities of apples, and a second apple presser. With the additional equipment, we are now able to process more apples in a shorter amount of time. We’ve also been asked to lend out special interest how-to books and just added the following title: The Plant Propagator’s Bible by Miranda Smith.
