Winter Harvest Dinner

We are proud to pilot an annual fundraiser for MASH that showcases the best of our locally grown, raised or foraged food! Our winter menu will highlight the many ways to preserve the harvest and will include: mushroom ravioli with dried morel and oyster mushrooms and a pesto made from carrot tops and garlic scapes, lamb kebabs, roast chicken marinated in apple cider, and roasted root vegetables! For dessert we will have a raspberry and apple cobbler.

Tickets are only $10 for members, and $20 for non-members. Memberships and meal tickets can be purchased at the event or through our website in advance. As we are fitting this meal in between our Composting Panel discussion and the AGM, this will be a dinner hour to allow event organizers time to get some nourishment as well.
