Open House and BBQ Lunch

Come celebrate hope and food security with us as we pass our two weeks open milestone.

We’ll have a short talk about our composting pilot project and listen to your feedback and ideas for a permanent service in the future.

Regular drop-off hours are 2:30 to 5:30 pm on Wednesdays and Sundays, so feel free to bring ;your prunings and food scraps and see how we process them and begin the process of creating a nutrient rich soil amendment.

The Old Chipper Yard on lower Churchill, 1 km from the Visitor Info Centre in New Hazelton.

Please park in the Visitor Parking Area off to the side of the giant shed.

Bring cash for the lunch $10 gets you a burger, salad and a cold drink.
